New Year Countdown...

Christmas is still in the air. People are still going about visiting friends, stuffing themselves, patting their tummies, saying thanks and off to the next house. So is the typical Malaysian open house scenario. Being today is Boxing Day, I've decided to lay off some of my galavantings and settle down on the couch, watching some corny telly programmes while blogging. Time and Tide waits for no man, for sure, because as soon as next week's over and done with, it's time to go to school and another New Year's calling for us people humby called upon as Teachers. As I dig into a jar of mom's choclate cookies and sipping on a glass of cold soy bean drink (and fiddling on my netbook in between) I've come to realise that it's that time of the year again..making resolutions and (on most cases, trying in vain) to fulfill it. What would my resolutions be? It's a tricky question to tackle, since almost all of my New Year's Resolution was (as a Malay saying goes..) sekadar berbunga dimulut... I want to do this, I want to do that, this and that, this and that and the list goes on and on..and at the end of the day, I would come to realise that I have let my fate to just go along with what had God planned on to me. But seriously, I really need doing that resolution thingie again for 2010 and (hopefully) I'll be able to accomplish some of it if not all. It's 2010, It's a New Year and I'll make it MY YEAR ~wink~
